Golovan and Partners Law Firm has successfully ensured the protection of clients’ interests in litigation concerning exemption from liability for failure to pay a single fee for obligatory state social insurance (Single Contribution).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Appropriate benefits were established under the Law of Ukraine “On temporary measures for the period of the anti-terrorist operation.” Our client requested the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for tax advice on whether it benefits the payment of Single Contribution. SFS’s position on this issue was categorical – benefits abolished by law. Disagreeing with this interpretation of the law, we have successfully challenged the tax advice in court according to client’s interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
